INVESTIGATIONS
Sarah is an experienced Equal Opportunity and Title IX professional with a demonstrated history of working in higher education with students, faculty, and staff. She is skilled in Title VI, Title VII, Title IX, ADA/504, and Affirmative Action compliance and training as well as diversity and inclusion efforts. She is actively licensed to practice law in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey and inactive, but admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
She is a seasoned investigator having conducted and coordinated a variety of workplace and higher education investigations involving employees, faculty, and students.
Investigations and mediation can be completed in-person or remotely.

Formal investigations and official inquiries into allegations of misconduct and discrimination based on sex, gender, race, religion, disability, age, national origin, or any other legally or policy protected identity.

Audit or consultation on complex investigations or incident response.
